Charlie lined up information and was happy to communicate through email as this was easiest for me When it came time to sign the deal, everyone was wonderful When we picked up the jeep charlie walked us through the dealership and explained how we would experience service or parts if and when we need it. The sales people that I spoke with were very nice a I purchased a used car from Chrysler Eichenberg couple of months ago. My experience was excellent. The sales people that I spoke with were very nice and positive, no pressure or gimmicks. The car purchase price was quite reasonable. Moreover I also got a nice bonus - in order to pass certification the car required replacement of tires(free of charge for me), so I asked whether I could get special tires (performance summer tires) if the tires would be changed anyway. It took couple of minutes to verify tire model on the internet and getting management approval and I am "one more happy customer":) More
