Found out when I was given the AMVIC report that the salesperson and inspector made multiple "verbal agreements" to check off non-conforming items on the car as conforming. Car was presented to me with multiple failing items, none of which were listed on the report. After arguing with the salesman, the manager stepped in and offered me two tires. Whoopee. I had also made a refundable deposit on the car which they did their very best to "forget" about and took me a week of calling to get them to finally cut me a check. I purchased the third party extended warranty from them, was not provided a copy of the fine print, being told the underwriters would mail it directly to me. A month later, I get a letter with insane maintenance cards to be mailed in almost 3x more frequently than the vehicle manufacturer requires, and was told that I should have been informed of this at time of sale. I, of course, was never informed of this and by the time I found out, the policy cannot be cancelled. More
