my last experience was not the best, some procedure were performed without my full consent, then later we were charged for it, which we refused to pay. also we were told and charged for the alignment of my performed without my full consent, then later we were charged for it, which we refused to pay. also we were told and charged for the alignment of my truck tires, however I took my vehicle to another mechanic to complete the work and my mechanic informed us that this alignment was not done or not done properly regardless it was charged in my final bill, he provided us photos as proof of this alignment not been done by Ford.
