I dealt with Larry and he was super nice and attentive to what I needed for my first new car. My old one was shot and had no choice, but to buy a new car. I had my eyes on a Hyundai Elantra, but my dad had s what I needed for my first new car. My old one was shot and had no choice, but to buy a new car. I had my eyes on a Hyundai Elantra, but my dad had suggested going to Ford and seeing the guy they had dealt with for a number of years with all of their previous cars so I agreed and went to go meet him. I was curious about the 2019 Ecosport, so he set up a test drive for my dad and I to see how it felt driving it. I was a lil concerned it would've been too big for me, but driving it felt great. After landing on that model , Larry asked a couple other questions to find out which style of Ecosport I would want/need, the S or Se and we landed on the SE. The only thing I was slightly disappointed about was my choice was between the Lightning Blue and Candy Blue, I initially chose Lightning Blue, but the next day Larry called to tell me that it was no longer available. I gave him my next 2 choices of the Candy Blue and Black just in case. He called within the hour to tell me that he found a Candy Blue one. I was happy with either blue color and especially when I saw it in person! I was definitely happy with my color choice in the Candy Blue. Larry was a big help in showing me how everything was properly used in the car and how to set everything up the way I wanted it. I'm really happy with my new 2019 Ford Ecosport SE and with the great care by Larry and the other people we spoke with like Katie, who helped us with all the paperwork, she was super friendly and quite funny too. Overall it was a really nice experience especially during a situation that is normally quite stressful for a young guy who is buying his first new car! More
Steven Jesse and the Ed Learn Team were incredible. Steven Jesse was very attentive to my concerns and assisted me and my 2019 F150. Understanding how busy Ford Dealerships are and many many customers, Steven Jesse was very attentive to my concerns and assisted me and my 2019 F150. Understanding how busy Ford Dealerships are and many many customers, Steven was able to balance and prioritize his time spent with each customer including myself. Steven continued to effectively communicate and keep me updated at each necessary step while my truck was being serviced. He was able to coordinate the shuttle driver for drop-off and pickup which was extremely helpful. While cashing out, both Steven and Charlie were very helpful with my Owners Advantage Reward profile through Ed Learn Ford so I was able to redeem an oil change. Aside from the pleasurable experience working with both Steven and Charlie, the behind the scenes staff need to be commended as well. Those that were involved with servicing my F150 returned my truck in a very clean state. I am a particular person with regards to how I take care of my vehicles and mine was very clean. Overall, from the mechanics, the shuttle driver and front line staff that i personally worked with, I would like to say a very big Thank You! The attention to the small details made it a reassuring, seamless and comfortable experience. I will certainly return for all my service needs. Thank you again, Chris More

Did ok job. Asked for new wipers. Noticed old ones still on when they brought the truck around. Asked again and the mechanic they had install them clearly had no idea what he was doing.
