No nonsense service for my 2012 Lincoln MKT which I very much appreciate. The Lincoln concierge service took good care of me and my vehicle, providing valet ride home and return despite the distance. Vehicle had extensive front and rear end suspension and brake work which was done with clarity and timeliness. And finished off with superior exterior and interior detailing. More

Have more truck for two days and still not done. Telling me 2400 for front and back brakes. So total will be over 3000 dollars with what started out as an oil change and a safety. Asked about a recall for my truck on tail gate they say only fix if I had the issue and a mechanic has to test drive it and have it happen to the. So the potential of driving down the road and the tail gate opening with stuff in it is ok.. Do not go there for service. Listen learned for me. Was going to go else where but need truck back as it been tow days. Lost a days pay waiting. Still waiting More
It's worth the drive to St. Catharines ! We drove in from Toronto for our initial appointment. Rush hour traffic was so bad we were 1.5 hours late, but we were greeted wi Catharines ! We drove in from Toronto for our initial appointment. Rush hour traffic was so bad we were 1.5 hours late, but we were greeted with open arms anyway. The staff there stayed on well past closing time for us too - I believe it was just about an hour after closing - and there was no pushing us out the door or hurrying us up either. You don't see that type of customer service these days! This was my first new vehicle purchase, and the transaction was seamless. From sales to finance, to educating me on all the new technology, the folks at Ed Learn Ford have been just brilliant. I just picked up my new Maverick this past weekend, and I'm thoroughly delighted with the truck. This dealership has more of a welcoming friendly tone over and above that of a strictly sales type of environment. The vibe there was very different than that of the several dealerships in Toronto and Mississauga that we've visited over the past couple of years for sure. We will most certainly recommend Ed Learn Ford to any family or friends who find themselves hunting for a new vehicle. A shout out to: Jim - You are indeed the truck guy Jamie - Such a pleasure dealing with you Brittany - You know your stuff Jacen - Thank you Cheers! More
Needed windshield and was told none in stock they would call. After 3 months went in and was assured someone would call next day. Got text thanking me for my business and asking to review the service. Next call. After 3 months went in and was assured someone would call next day. Got text thanking me for my business and asking to review the service. Next day got another text asking for the review and a woman called asking about the same. I informed her I was still waiting for the service department to call me. She said it shows in their system as completed and closed. She said she would get someone to call regarding the matter. Next day I got another text asking me to review the service call that never happened. More
