Service department was terrible, never returned my phone calls concerning an issue with my Lexus. The sales team was good, explained everything clearly to me, and found proper vehicle that fit my needs. But, the finance was not nice. Instead of certified check, they required wire transfer, the lady insi me, and found proper vehicle that fit my needs. But, the finance was not nice. Instead of certified check, they required wire transfer, the lady insisted I pay the wire transfer fee, and would get me reimbursed "in one week". Now, it's 2 months since then, and she never replied my e-mails! Update: after this review, I got contacted immediately, and got my reimbursement at the same day. More

Staff and especially sales associate Doaa Ras were excellent. She really worked with me to get into the car I have been obsessed with for three years. The purchasing process was easy and painless. Great shopping experience. Brought my wife car at this dealership, a brand new Toyota RAV4. The salesperson is patience and helpful. The price and offer is great and reasonable. Dishonest dealership I test drove one of their used car and heard some noise around the front wheel and the sales person agreed to have it address upon the purchase. I agr I test drove one of their used car and heard some noise around the front wheel and the sales person agreed to have it address upon the purchase. I agreed on purchasing the car but the day after I picked up the car, the noise recurred again. I brought it back to the dealership and their General Manager explained to me that the noise is coming from the drive shaft and thus it's not a safety issue so they were not willing to fix it. Now i'm obligated to put in another $2000 to fix the shaft myself after driving the car for a week. Please don't waste your time on this dealership! More
Incredibly poor service They don't offer service vehicles. Shuttles are only at certain times. I had my battery replaced 4 months ago and it just died.
