When I bought my Sorento in 2019, the sales team was really amazing...that's where the good experience ends. The service team is horrendous. They say they are going to call back but NEVER do. I took my car in to get the air conditioner fixed and asked them to service my sunroof. They found that the tracks were not working properly, so they told me not to use it until it was fixed, and they would call me when the parts came in... They never did. I had to call them and finally get an appt. When I took it in, they messed up and put it in wrong, so they had to keep my car overnight. I live over an hr away, so they find me a rental at the last minute (so that was great). When I came back the next day, they said it was fixed. I told them I was going to try it a few times in the lot before I left to make sure it worked. The 2nd time I opened it, it broke again. Worse than before. They said they had to order parts and they would get back to me...and don't use it until it's fixed. Well, it has been months, and they still have not fixed it. I have called and called, and they lie and say they will call me back. I even called from the parking lot one day and then went in and demanded to talk to someone. I stood at the counter, and the guy said oh he's on the phone with the parts company. You can leave, and he will call you as soon as he's off the phone. It's been many months, and I have not been able to use my sunroof. I am so p!ssed at Eastside Kia. I will never buy another vehicle there. I have told everyone how horrible the service is there.
