Had an issue and was very frustrated, however Kirk the service manager, went above and beyond to address this and put my mind at ease. He listened and had the shop foreman come and speak with us and actually explain what was going on, while looking at the car. Thanks to everyone who helped us, but specifically to Kirk for all of his kindness and willingness to follow up! More
WORST DEALERSHIP WE HAVE EVER BEEN TO!! East Side Kia is by far the worst dealership we have ever visited. I also know someone that works there and off the record was told they will not follow legislation and AMVIC can do nothing about it so they will continue to charge people outrageous admin fees to make an extra buck! On top of all of that, they tell customers that if they aren't willing to pay for certain "fees" they are wasting their time and not to come back. I have no clue how a dealership like this can still be in business!! TRUST ME WHEN I SAY, VISIT ANY OTHER KIA DEALERSHIP BUT THIS ONE! THEY ARE AWFUL! More

Worst experience of my life 🤦🏽♀️ My husband financed a vehicle through east side Kia and I co-signed for him, they let us drive off the lot with papers not technically being approved My husband financed a vehicle through east side Kia and I co-signed for him, they let us drive off the lot with papers not technically being approved or anything finalized (we had no idea) we were told we were good to go and everything was fine! FFWD: I am First Nations and they wanted a copy of my tax card that’s fine I gave one to them, and my band number, then they turn around a few weeks later and ask for Another copy because they lost mine (scary way too loose a customers private information) all that wasn’t good enough for them, they then wanted government ID stating I’m a bandnumber well those cards take awhile to receive it wasn’t fast enough for them I also wasn’t able to receive a letter stating that I am First Nations (Why on earth would I have a Alberta tax exemption card and an Indian status band number?!? Then when they wouldn’t get there way they turned around and stated that as the co-signer they wanted me to become the primary owner of the car!!! That’s when we found out nothing was actually finalized with the paper work when I refused they used intimidation tactics and demanded that we return the car by tomorow leaving us vehicleless in the country with our baby and no way of getting to our jobs!! They have no regard or concern for there customers! All they had to do was wait three days for us to find another vehicle! I am absolutely disgusted with Moe and Debbie! Overall this is the worst experience of our lives you people are the worst unprofessional people I ever met!!! IF YOUR FIRST NATIONS I WOULDNT DEAL WITH THIS COMPANY! Absolutely Disgusting More
