I bought at Eastside Kia, twice. My only real issue is, my salesman explained why they get the buyout on the loan, before the appraisal for my trade in. All to try to get me the most money. Also, I did not appreciate the salesman bringing in the sales manager when he was worried I was going to walk away. I told him upfront I was buying a new car, there was no need to be do pushy. More

I've never really had a problem, love these guys at Eastside Kia. Unfortunately, recently I had a recall notification and had to take my KIA in. I had to leave it there and they were super nice to UBER Eastside Kia. Unfortunately, recently I had a recall notification and had to take my KIA in. I had to leave it there and they were super nice to UBER me home. I asked how long it would be in, (originally the scheduler told me about 2 hours) and the service fellow said it would be "end of day". By time 5:30 p.m. rolled around and no call, no text, no email, nothing, I decided to call and ask if it was done. Lo and behold the service department was closed and I was quite pissed. I asked nicely, then how can I get my SUV now? Luckily the front desk lady, Margo, located the service fellow and he hummed and hawed and was saying that he was sure he told me. Told me what? Was I supposed to guess what time the end of the day was for them or guess what time to get them to order me an UBER to go there? Or guess exactly when my wheels were ready? Not impressed with the service guy for dropping the ball and not contacting me the customer when it was ready and arranging my ride there. I forgave him but was thinking if I didn't do anything, I would be without my ride all night, which I needed. It was extremely bad customer service. However, he and Margo apologized profusely, which kinda made it alright. Still love my KIA and Eastside. Just had to vent! More
