Staff at Eastside Kia dealership were very helpful and professional. Priya helped us find our Kia Sportage 2026 model and explained the benefits of the Limited model Sportage. Brandon in finances departme professional. Priya helped us find our Kia Sportage 2026 model and explained the benefits of the Limited model Sportage. Brandon in finances department helped us get the only the services we wanted and explained them very well. The manager was also quick to help us to address and resolve any difficulties we had closing the deal. I highly recommend East side Kia. They had a good selection of cars and we will be going back to them for our next Kia. More

Bought a 2025 Kia Sportage in April 2025. Vehicle had multiple quality issues at delivery and a serious unresolved defect — a loud whistling noise from the driver’s side door at highway speed Vehicle had multiple quality issues at delivery and a serious unresolved defect — a loud whistling noise from the driver’s side door at highway speeds. The dealership had the car for over two weeks and could not fix it. The film was badly applied, the car was dirty, and even the front tow hook cover was missing. Despite promises, it was not ordered until we followed up several times. Communication has been minimal, and their trade-in solution was financially unreasonable. We’re deeply disappointed and would not recommend Eastside Kia based on our experience. More

Where to start. I bought a vehicle with Eastside Kia in 2023. It was a 2024 Kia Sportage. I was incredibly happy with the car and incredibly happy with the team that I bought a vehicle with Eastside Kia in 2023. It was a 2024 Kia Sportage. I was incredibly happy with the car and incredibly happy with the team that helped me out there. The car started to have issues that were atypical of the Kia Sportage, especially when you consider the amount of kilometres I put on it. Over and over I had to go in and get it fixed. Ziad and the rest of the service team did an amazing job. It started to get to the point, however, that my car was in for service more than it was on the road. I brought this to the attention of Kia Canada and was promptly shoved off. I sent him a quick call to Brian in finance who helped me with my deal, and my wife’s deal when I had her also buy a Kia product. Brian alongside with the general manager Jamie noticed that my vehicle had significantly more issues than any Kia Sportage anywhere in North America. Brian and Jamie were able to arrange a deal in order to get me out of my car, seeing as that Kia Canada had no interest in helping me. They were able to locate a 2026 Kia Sportage, and within a week of this issue being brought to their attention I was driving off the lot in a brand new car with the exact same payments that I had before. They were willing to take the hit in order to help out their customer. Now I don’t know if this was a typical experience with a situation like mine however, I could see that they were doing everything in their power to help me and to keep me as a loyal customer of Eastside Kia. Big xxxxxxto Jamie the general manager. Even more xxxxxxto Brian the finance guy who made sure that everything worked out for me. He even went as far as to walk me through my new vehicle, even though I was familiar with most of the layout due to owning a 2024 Kia Sportage. Can’t recommend enough. More
