I have been at the dealership numerous times for warranty purposes, aftermarket parts, and other accessories and I can always walk into the sales room now and have someone there to talk to well my car is getting done. Marko Gospic from parts has also been excellent, he knew everything about the car I was buying specs wise, and function wise. Now anytime I want aftermarket parts I just give him a call and we figure out what part will be best. I can honestly say when I walk into the dealership its like being part of a family as opposed to a customer, always someone there to talk to and past the time. More

At least three times , he kept me engaged and had to provide a balance between persistence and giving me some distance. As a baby boomer I still deal in an old fashion manner and am not excited about the new methods for the new generation. My deal was fair, service was effective and Andrew impressed me with his hard work. Barry also came in at the tail end of the deal and he was also a top performer. I have purchased at least ten cars in last five years, and am currently running three. I would deal again at Eastern, because I like Andrew's performance. More

We dealt with a number of the staff at Eastern Chrysler and were impressed at how everyone we dealt with was 'on the same page' in dealing with us. The open communication between all members of the group was very impressive and every staff member efficiently performed the tasks needed for us to make a decision on a purchase. Exploring the inventory online from home was very helpful and emails from Andrew Hryniuk also helped with providing extra info on models available. At the dealership we lucked out with Rod Bell being assigned to work with us face-to-face. He is very knowledgeable about all the models and even though we own a Dodge Journey over the last few years we learned some new facts and features that we were unaware of. Rod efficiently took us through the process of determining what we were looking at and what model best satisfied our wants. With the cooperation of various staff members from different departments at the dealership, Rod coordinated having a Journey readied for a test drive, having our Journey assessed as a trade in, had Jason Mclean from management deal with us and Dorothy in Finance finalize the process. There was never any high pressure tactics used by the team, in fact it was very enjoyable working with Jason to reach an agreement satisfactory to both parties. Unbelievable teamwork as it seemed that all the salespeople seemed aware of our dealings along with staff from service cheering us on. The experience was like a big family welcoming us in. Best experience purchasing my FIRST vehicle ever Saturday: Julia greeted us at the door with such a friendly personality. Answered all our questions. He had a good sense of humour and fun to negotiate with. At the end of the day, they respected our decision to go home with the 'numbers' and give it some more thought. Julia was easy to stay in touch with through text and answered all my questions. 1 week later: Met with Julia and Jason again. Saw my future jeep parked in the lot already. Worked out the 'numbers' with Jason again. AND I WAS SO HAPPY that I was able to get the features I wanted (esp the leather seats) with the RIGHT PRICE. This duo team worked well in making this purchase perfect and not regrettable. Met with financing afterwards who happened to be Matt Henry - he also was very amazing!
