Andre Clarke, the sales manager, was easy to deal with and gave us a fair trade for the truck that we brought in. It was a relaxed situation that was a welcomed difference from other dealerships that we had been to. The only negative was that when we went to pick up the truck, the mats that we agreed upon were missing. But, when we returned the next day, Andre made it right by giving us quality RAM mats! I have told many people about our experience buying our truck and how impressed we were with the service we received. More

I had no plans on buying until I looked at the other two dealers I had on my list, but because Julia Eastern was the first dealer on my list to visit. I had no plans on buying until I looked at the other two dealers I had on my list, but because Julia and Andre were extremely nice, friendly eager to please, I felt no need to go elsewhere. The only negative experience I had was a few days after my purchase, I went to the parts counter to inquire about buying wheels and tires. The man at the desk said he couldn't help me and the guy that could was on lunch. He took my information and said he would get back to me when he returned. Another man sitting at a desk well behind the counter then tried to help out by showing me some rims and found a set I liked. He told me that the other guy needed to price them out, so he said he would be in touch. Nobody has called or emailed me as of yet, and to my understanding, the wheels and tires would have run about $2000 to $3000. I'm the type that doesn't shop around when I find something I like. I would've purchased them right there and then, if it weren't for having to wait for someone else. Seeing as though this person didn't take the time to contact me about the potential purchase, I think I'll have to look elsewhere and hopefully find the same wheels. More

It really felt like one big happy family to see them congratulate us on our new vehicle. Rod Bell does a fantastic job in negotiating and was very true to his words when he said he'd give me a good price. He definitely does his best to keep his customers happy. Going as far as showing us the ins and outs of our new vehicle during our test drive and more. Likewise, the negotiation of the price with his supervisor, Jason Mclean went smoothly as we closed the deal. The wait was long with all the paperwork needed to be done in Finance, but I definitely enjoyed my stay in the lounge and office. More

Small family owned dealerships and larger dealerships. I had been to dealerships in Winnipeg, Selkirk, Beausejour, Brandon, and Morden. But my best experience was at Eastern Chrysler on Main. I had been in contact with the dealerships for a few weeks via email, text, and phone calls. The dealership answered all my questions and was able to find a truck I liked, that was in my price range. I was greeted at the door and shown the truck right away. The dealers were honest and upfront about everything. They provided all the information I needed to make a decision on a truck. They even gave me almost a week to think over the decision. And they then gave me the best price! I couldn't be happier with my experience. This was my first purchase and I intend on returning to Eastern Chrysler in the future for all my truck needs. More
