Bad Experience Bought a 2015 Ram Sport in July. It did not have the sport appearance hood so I ordered one. I was told it would be a week or 2 at the most before it Bought a 2015 Ram Sport in July. It did not have the sport appearance hood so I ordered one. I was told it would be a week or 2 at the most before it came in and they would have the body shop paint it so I would only be with out my truck for a day. 3 weeks later my sales rep call to see how the truck was, told her it was great and jokingly said it would be better if I had my hood though. She said she would follow up with the service department and get back to me, which she did within 1/2 an hour. She told me that the hood was in and I just needed to phone and make an appointment to have it installed. Asked her why nobody called, she did not know and apologized for the mix up. I called and left a message with Dylan Monday evening to call me back to set up an appointment, and after no response by Tuesday afternoon I called him back. I requested to have a few defects that I had found repaired while it was in getting the hood done and if they could install rib nuts in the truck so I could install my running boards that I had purchased else where. I asked if it was still possible to do everything in one day ( 2 or 3 times) and was told yes. I was told they could do the truck on that Thursday. I dropped the truck off Wednesday afternoon around 2 so they would have the truck for the whole day Thursday. Phoned Thursday afternoon around 2 to see when I could pick up my truck and left a message. Dylan called me back around 3:30 and told me the body shop had a couple little things to finish that they would need the truck for another day. I said that would be fine, could I pick it up after work. I was told he would let me know Friday. I received the call at 3:30 and was then told that the hood was still not painted and I would not get my truck back till Monday. That was not acceptable to me and I let Dylan know that. The response i got was "I am just a service writer I can not control what the body shop does." That pissed me off and I told him had I know it was going to take so long I would have made other arrangements as I needed my truck for the weekend. He did not seem to care. When I told him I would be calling my sales rep and Jim Fyles the GM/Owner, he still did not seem to care. I finally got a hold of my sales rep an explained what was happening she again was apologizing for the service department. She also said that I should inform Jim of my situation, into which I tried. Jim Had Dylan call me back and basically offer to have the body shop put my old hood back on so I could have my truck for the rest of what was left of the weekend. This phone called happened at 2:30 Saturday afternoon just before I was going to watch my sons football game. Also it was put to up to me to find my way to the dealership and return the truck Monday morning so they could finish there ONE DAY job. I told them that my weekend was already wrecked so they might as well keep the truck and finish it for Monday. That's also when he decided to let me know that a trim piece I wanted fixed would have to be done by a outside trim company and I would have to reschedule it for a day that worked for both myself and the other company. I finally received the call to pick up my tuck around 3pm Monday. I arrived around 4 and was told that they needed 10 or 15 more minutes to finish my truck. I was under the understanding that it would be done when I arrived. Anyway I said to the guys in the body shop that would be fine. then another xxxx up in this whole thing, Dodge packaged the wrong inserts for the hood. I told the guys in the body shop that did not surprise me as this whole ordeal has been one issue after another. Besides this is not there fault so what can you do. They sent somebody to another dealership to get the right inserts. While we waited the guys in the body shop asked what I meant when I said I was not surprised? I explained everything to them and then find out that they never even received the truck in the body shop till 4:30 or 4:45 Thursday just before closing and to top that off they fix the trim pieces I wanted fixed all the time. They phoned the parts department for the part and were told they were out of stock. With all the lies coming to the surface I was starting to wonder if they actually fixed anything on my truck at all? I asked to see my truck and found out that the only items on my list that were completed were the ones that I was paying for. I showed the guys from the body shop what needed to be done and they took care of them while we waited for the inserts to show up. After waiting around an hour the body shop phoned the parts department to find out that the inserts were sitting there( They never said for how long but by the look on there faces they were there for a little while) one guy goes to get them when he comes back he tells me that they are wrong as well. I ended up taking the truck home tjhat night as the body shop could not promise the truck would be finished the next day cause the had to find the inserts. The next day I got a call from the body shop and took my truck back in and they finished my hood and my door trim. I again filled my sales rep in as to all the new information that I had, and again she apologized. By the way this happened 4 weeks ago and I have still yet to hear from Jim Fyles. He has not called to see if my issues were settled or not. I guess once they get the big sale the rest doesn't matter. Would I buy another truck from Eastern..... Right now I would have to say NO. Would I buy another car from my sales rep. Sarah Pillote, if she was at a different dealership YES. Will I deal with the service department at Eastern.....PROBABLY NOT. Would I deal with The guys in the body shop again YES The only reason I gave this service department and all there lies one star is because it wont allow me not to give at least one, other wise there would be none More

I went to the dealership with no idea what I was going to do other than I knew I wanted something as similar to my 2012 as possible. After much waiting for MPI to decide what was happening with my damaged truck and what I would do as a result, I finally decided to get a new one and let the old one go. Julia and Jason made this a wonderful experience for me and were patient throughout the process. I am very happy now with my new 2015 Ram and it's an an even nicer truck than what I had (which I thought was the sweetest truck out there!). Thanks again to Julia, Jason and Barry for everything. I know I'll definitely be returning again one day when it's time again :) More
