I was treated like royalty by Andre and he even gave me a dozen beautiful Roses for dropping by. My sales person Julia was friendly, always smiling, and knew the answers to my questions. She made same day delivery happen and took the time to show me all the options and set everything up for me. I was ready to drive. Terrible Service Anyone hate feeling like you're just a number? Then don't go to eastern Chrysler or Main Street! Ever since the new management took over, eastern had Anyone hate feeling like you're just a number? Then don't go to eastern Chrysler or Main Street! Ever since the new management took over, eastern had gone right down the drain. They will feed you constant lies until you come in just to blind side you with outrageous prices, they don't take time to help the customer and they only care about money!! I called service asking about what size my exhaust was because I was thinking of getting some work done to my car. Service tells me he " thinks it's a 2.5 inch pipe " so I asked him if he could please check to be sure. He then answered rudely " im pretty sure it's 2.5 " so I got frustrated and hug up. Online I find out its 2.25 for my car. Good thing I didn't by any piping or I would have been made when it didn't fit. I feel like just another number to them. Not they are blaming my cars overheating on my driving. It had 14000kms on it, there is NO reason is should overheat. Get used to the reveiws eastern, I will review every service encounter until my problem is fixed! More

Easiest car buy yet My girlfriend and I came to purchase a new van, our first foray into the minivan world. We weren't thrilled at the idea of going into one but we have My girlfriend and I came to purchase a new van, our first foray into the minivan world. We weren't thrilled at the idea of going into one but we have reached that stage in life. We did our research online first and heard a radio ad for Eastern Chrysler earlier in the week and were in the area and popped in. We met Sarah and she was welcoming and easy to deal with. When she didn't have the answer for a question, she was able to get it quickly. As we are no nonsense people, we were upfront with the pricing and terms we wanted and asked for a ballpark price after a test drive to go home and think on. When we were satisfied we can came back two days later to deal on the van. She was once again easy to work with and after a small amount of negotiation we reached a deal. My girlfriend was put off a bit by a bit of an old school tactic of the sales manager, reaching across the desk congratulating us on our purchase before we had said yes, but we asked for time and they gave it to us. Matt in the finance office was also very easy to work with. The one hiccup we had that dropped the rating to 4 stars was that the buyout on our trade in wasn't handled well. It took nearly three weeks to complete and we had a payment for our new vehicle and old vehicle come out at the same time two weeks after the purchase which wasn't obviously the best scenario. Other than that, it was a great experience and I would recommend and return to Eastern Chrysler. We received a great price on our new van and have five very happy customers as a result. More
