terrible customer service I was asked by a third party to test drive a vehicle on their behalf, as they live 600 km away and were unable to do so themselves. I phoned the dealership and booked an appointment, and arrived 15 minutes early. Staff were polite upon entry, however, it was very hard to hear them over the loud music playing. I provided them with the necessary information required for a test drive, but when I informed them that I was not the one making the purchase their attitudes changed. They began to request the third party's personal information so they could begin the "paperwork", which I would not provide to them. So, after driving 30 minutes to get to the dealership, then waiting 20 minutes at the dealership for a scheduled test drive, I was informed that they were "too busy" to accommodate me because "everyone that is here today is here to buy a vehicle." They suggested I reschedule another appointment for next week, which I am unable to do due to a schedule conflict. Unless you are prepared to walk in with a down payment in hand and are ready to devolve all of your personal information without even being allowed to go for a test drive first, I would recommend you stay away from this dealership. More
