completely changed my views on dealerships! (in a good way!) I called Eastern Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram on a Thursday evening after seeing a Ram on their website and was put through to Julia. I was very reluctant I called Eastern Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram on a Thursday evening after seeing a Ram on their website and was put through to Julia. I was very reluctant to do business with a big dealership due to many bad experiences I've had in the past with other dealers. I explained my situation of being stuck with major payments on an aging car and needed to lower my payments and aquire a newer vehicle. Immediately I was impressed with the friendly and professional manner that Julia put forward and arranged an appointment the following day. The next day I walked into Eastern, met Julia and the staff that would be helping. This was the best car buying experience I have ever had, and the only time I had never felt rushed, or pressured into buying options I didn't want by a big dealership. Long story short, I drove home in my new Ram that evening with much lower payments than I expected possible in a truck. I have recommended Eastern Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram to many friends and family members since buying my truck. I am now a life long customer because of this awesome experience!!!
