AWFUL Experience I spent a solid few months looking to trade in my vehicle, which I had purchased through them, it had been giving me nothing but problems with power s I spent a solid few months looking to trade in my vehicle, which I had purchased through them, it had been giving me nothing but problems with power steering. My warranty was almost up and I didn't want to get stuck paying for this repair every months. I was called back to dealer numerous times to look at vehicles they new were not in my price range. I felt they didn't listen to me when I told them what was important and what wasn't. It had progressed to the point that I flat out asked them, " do you have something on the lot that will work in my price or not, if not that's fine ill move onto the next dealer" At that point they did find something that worked for us and we did make a deal on a new car. When the sale was complete and the cheque was handed to them they were left with the responsibility to pay off the old lein for our trade in vehicle. A month and a bit went by and I received a humiliating collections call at my place of work asking me why I have not been making payments. On top of that due to the type of employment my husband has it is detrimental he maintains a flawless credit score. This error was brought Rodneys attention as he was the finance manager involved with our sale. He tried to tell me that that was not how our deal was structured and he wanted to call me back after speaking to Antony who sold us the vehicle. I told him absolutely not, I would hold while he had this discussion that was apparently going to take awhile... Not 15 mins later he picked up the phone and sure enough Eastern Sales was responsible for the lien payment. I had to be very persistent to get written confirmation that they would not only pay the lien but also take ownership of all marks on both mine and my husbands credit bureau. I eventually got the written confirmation however had not even received so much as an apology. I did get a call from Antony who gave me a very poorly constructed version of an apology. You would think that after the SERIOUS mistake, humiliation and run around they gave, they would at least try to offer a measly free oil change, but nope, nothing. That is the last time myself or family will be back at eastern and we have been there for 37 years. More

Andre was a friend of ours since 2014 but, he never used his influence just for the sake of selling. What we can’t forget when he told my husband and myself…” take time to buy your dream car and only buy when you feel good of buying it” That is what you call professionalism and honest sale. We totally trust him with his sincerity of helping us forget our hurts and trust sales people again, especially after our previous worst experience with Winnipeg Dodge. Andre helped us feel good in finding the right car for us till the end. We now have a Town and Country 2015 model. It was the best car buying experiences we've ever had! Everyone was very friendly and accommodating, with special mention of Julia Chrapchynski, the sales agent whom Andre have assigned to take care of the details for the buy and was very knowledgeable about the product. She was an excellent choice to take care of our transaction and she made follow up calls after the buy just to make us feel how important we are to them and made herself available in case we have questions anytime. We can’t forget our experience also with Barry Olinkin, Finance Manager of Eastern. This is our first experience where all the important details were explained, and we mean very detailed, that we were able to understand for the first time, all the information contained in all legal documents you get, after several car buy and trade in we had in the past. He was able to entice us get a long term comprehensive warranty package. You can only tell how great and professional the Eastern Chrysler Team is. The sales person (Harrizon) that I talked to was very informative when showing me a couple options they had and made it easy for me to decide which vehicle to purchase. He was not pushy at all and gave me my space to think and decide. He answeared all my questions and adressed all my concerns and even after the vehicle was purchace he followed up to see how I was enjoying my new vehicle I was very satified with the service he provided I already went back to order some accessories through him. The service and consultations he provided were fair and honest. Very impressed! The after sale service was also very good.
