He answered all of our questions and went above and beyond his call of duty to make sure we were comfortable and happy with our purchase. I filled out an inquiry request to find a Jeep Wrang I came across the Eastern Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram dealership online during a weekend in Winnipeg. I filled out an inquiry request to find a Jeep Wrangler. Lorenzo returned my inquiry in a very timely fashion to help get me on my way to a brand new vehicle! Jason was up front and honest through the entire process and was willing to work with me and my budget and helped me settle on a great Jeep Patriot. I went through the entire process over the phone and via email and Jason and Rodney helped me finalize everything! When I showed up to the dealership for the first time I test-drove my brand new Jeep Patriot filled out the paper work and drove away with ‘Max’ that day! I have NOTHING even remotely negative to share about my experience. They guys I worked with made everything convenient and made sure I had my jeep on the day I would be available to pick it up! I was impressed from the moment I walked into the building. We were able to walk through the showroom without being bombarded by salespeople looking to cap off a Saturday with an extra sale. We approach a gentleman, who let us know that he was tied up at the moment with another customer, but would find someone to help us out. He sent Andre Clarke from the Management team over, he introduced himself and we chatted for a few minutes before finding a salesperson for us. I was very fortunate to be introduced to Lorenzo Singh. I cannot say enough good things about Lorenzo! From the moment I met him he was so kind and caring, he gave me all the information I needed. He pulled the car right up to the door for me and my son to take a look at and didn't have any issue giving me a bit of time to chat with my family (buying your sons first car is a big deal, and a big commitment!). I knew I was getting a fair deal for the vehicle and both me and muly son wanted and were thrilled to buy his first car that day. Before going to Eastern , I had been to other dealerships and was stressed out and annoyed by the "games" and sales tactics that many salespeople use. Lorenzo gave me the answers to all my questions and Andre explained everything from the price of the vehicle, all fees and showed me what the price would be with various options. I met with Dorothy to complete some paperwork. Again, she explained everything I would need to know, provided information on some available options and was very kind.
