Gerald and the guys in service have always been great with the vehicles I have taken to them. My issue is with sales, and the post-sale experience. Since then I have received at least 14 or 15 calls from salespeople asking me to trade my vehicle in due to the 'high demand' for used vehicles. Plus of course I get the snail mail from the dealership pushing the same mantra. I've asked them over the phone and via email to the dealership to stop calling me, yet they persist. What drives me nuts if that I've asked them to stop multiple times, and each person says that they will take care of it. If you want to be harassed by sales reps, this is the place to shop. More
