There was an honest incident, two of the sales guys sold the same vehicle to two clients almost at the same time and they did their little short lived "sold vehicle" ceremony for both clients one after another. In few minutes, they figured it out quickly and they awarded the vehicle to the first client and the later was us and they felt really sorry about it and promised us that they will get us the same vehicle with the same or more options for the same price, after a couple days, the deal with the first client didn't go through and we end up getting the same vehicle and we are very happy with the vehicle. I believe also that this gave all the employees a sense of relief to the rear but honest incident. Michael More

They couldn't tell me for sure that I could get the 0% financing even after I was clear that's the only way I would buy and then after I told them what I wanted they stopped calling. I've never seen this before from a sales person. Normally they don't stop calling. Plus for some reason Tim doesn't email because he can't figure it out. Well it's 2016 so if you can't figure out how to email and work online then maybe it's time to retire. I went here because I heard good things but I didn't experience anything but a headache. Shouldn't have to beg someone to sell you a car. Overall the worst customer service I've ever seen! More

Customer Service Nightmare I brought my 2013 Dodge Dart in for it's dealer-recommended 50k maintenance. When I called to book the appointment, I was told that they were offering I brought my 2013 Dodge Dart in for it's dealer-recommended 50k maintenance. When I called to book the appointment, I was told that they were offering a "Peace of Mind" promotion that included an oil change, tire rotation, fluids check, brake check and more for just $89.95. As this sounded like an excellent deal, I booked my appointment. When I got to the dealership, I was disappointed in the fact that nobody greeted me or told me I'd be dealt with shortly. When I finally sat down with a service rep, he was rude and short with me. I left my keys in the car with my family member and dog. When he asked for them and I told him they were in the car, he said "Well that wasn't very smart" and made me go get them. I verified with the rep that my car service would cost $89.95. He confirmed this. After I left, I received a call about 10 minutes later stating that my car REQUIRED full synthetic oil (user manual states full synthetic is RECOMMENDED). He then proceeded to tell me that the total cost of service would be $168.00. I told him that I was given false information and refused to pay any more than the original quoted price, plus taxes. I then received a call from the service manager who again tried to tell me that I was mistaken and that the cost was final. After all of this was said and done, I did NOT receive the 'Peace of Mind' that Dodge tried to sell. I have had no luck with any Dodge employee, at this location or the dealership at Pointe West where I initially purchased the car. Because of these experiences, I will never buy Dodge again. More

We were greated by Rod Bell, a wonderfully energetic, polite, and curtious sales associate who made the experience incredibly possitive. Even going so far as to make our son very comfortable while we took our time looking at potential options. He was able to take what was important to us and effectively find the perfect fit for our needs. We were very impressed with his knowledge of each vehicle we looked at. Having never owned a dodge before we are very pleased with our new purchase and would highly recommend this dealership to friends and family. The staff were incredibly friendly and very helpful. This is our second purchase with this dealership and with Andrew! Always a pleasure! So this was my first impression upon purchasing this vehicle on June 28,2016! As we sat in the parking lot waiting to hit the road I immediately noticed that the air conditioning wasn't what it should be mentioned to Andrew who said crank it up so this is what we did and left. Upon driving home which is a good hour and a half it was apparent that the air conditiong wasn't what it should be! Called Andrew and explained and he said bring it back but that he couldn't do much because he was low man there that he couldn't help me but that I should talk to Walter easier said then done with five kids! So thought about it for the weekend which was hot and miserable to travel with five kids and phoned dealership on the Monday and left a message for Walter that I wanted a rental at their expense and wanted van fixed. Was told it would be a quick fix bring it in, my vehicle would be a priorty, so today with five kids in tow this is what I did. Took kids for lunch $50, gassed up car $75 bought snack on way home $25.walked 2 km with 5 kids to find playground. Walked back to dealership check on van Walter says would never believe it but yeah air condition has a leak. No kidding really want to use stronger language! We don't have the part it will be here tomorrow. So at my own expense at some point I now have to go back to Winnipeg to have air fixed which will take 4 hours with five kids! They tell me they don't have a vehicle that they can give me to keep van and fix. This from a dealership with a parking lot full of vehicles and because of where I live they can't send a guy to pick it up! What ever happened to customer service and the customer is always right! This dealership has neither. I believe someone there knew that this van had a problem it had been test driven what no one else was hot! This is the last purchase I will make here when my warranty is up I'm done with this place and will not recommend it to anyone far from it! More
