Problem free! I bought my Cherokee last Aug 2016. When I entered the dealership, I felt welcomed by everyone in sight. My purpose on the day I bought the car was ju I bought my Cherokee last Aug 2016. When I entered the dealership, I felt welcomed by everyone in sight. My purpose on the day I bought the car was just to check out the Renegade and have it compared with other SUVs. I spotted a white Cherokee that had everything I wanted and needed. Rod Bell was my Product Advisor who answered all the questions I threw and he gave me useful information regarding the features of the car. He was very knowledgeable about their SUVs as he was able to tell me the differences of the trim levels. After test driving, I did not feel pressure in signing a contract or even putting a deposit for the car. He gave me time to think on my own and just followed up after a day or two. It was about three days after when I decided that the Jeep Cherokee would really make me happy. When I came back, they presented me with the payment options. It was nice that it fit my budget and that I was able to negotiate a couple more accessories that I wanted. The managers worked together to give me their best prices to close the deal. Dorothy Cadorath helped me get the best financing option available like she did with our other vehicles purchased from Eastern Chrysler. Its been more than a month now, and I still receive emails about my Cherokee experience. Great job Eastern Chrysler! Overall, it was a terrific experience. More
