Sold car i want to autotown not me customer So I go in try to buy a car on the lot they couldn't find the keys for it then they say autotown was going to buy but Jim seas they will sell to a cus So I go in try to buy a car on the lot they couldn't find the keys for it then they say autotown was going to buy but Jim seas they will sell to a customer before a dealership so I tell them I will pay in full if they give me a good price for my jeep considering they have been calling me about it that they want me to trade it in because they have a high demand for it so they offer me $15000 where I se them for sale for about $24000 so I was mad but I sead whatever I'll take it so they start trying to get me approved I come back the next day and say if you guys are not going to do anything for me can you at least put floor mats in the car Rod Bell seas I'll be back and comes back 20 min later saying we sold the car witch I find out later they gave it to another dealership called autotown but there still trying to get me approved for it so they made my credit score go down for no reason worst place ever I will never be back Rod was very nice but I don't like how after that even the day before they tried to get me in a new car but I wasn't there for that they just wanted more mines out of me!!! More

Vehicle damaged and very poor customer service In July 2015 I had my 2014 Jeep Grand Cherokee in for service and a safety recall. The work was done correct at a reasonable price, no complaints here In July 2015 I had my 2014 Jeep Grand Cherokee in for service and a safety recall. The work was done correct at a reasonable price, no complaints here. When I picked up my vehicle and after paying for the work done I noticed right away a nickel sized scratch on the rear left door with orange paint. It was pretty obvious that it was a fresh scratch and that somebody hit my vehicle with a door from another vehicle while it was parked on their lot. After claiming this with the service advisor DYLAN GRAY he had the body shop manager have a look at it. They quickly put it in their shop and buffed it over but said they would need the vehicle back for a few days to have this fixed properly, and here is where my “story” starts. They said they would call me with a date when they could get it in their body shop, THEY NEVER CALLED! After approx. 2 weeks I tried calling DYLAN GRAY, no answer so I left a message, HE NEVER CALLED ME BACK! After another week or so I tried calling him again, the same spiel, left a message BUT HE NEVER CALLED ME BACK! I did this one more time about a week later WITH THE SAME RESULT, NEVER CALLED ME BACK! At this point I just gave up and thought the next time I need to have my vehicle serviced they should fix this then. So November 2016 comes around and my vehicle is due for another bigger service. I call the service department and ask for DYLAN GRAY, he is in and it rings a few times then goes to voicemail. So I left a message but guess what, HE NEVER CALLS ME BACK! I call his direct number and it goes to voicemail again, at this point I start thinking he must recognize my number and is screening my call. I leave a message BUT HE NEVER CALLS BACK. The next day I try once more but of course I only get his voicemail and leave a message BUT HE NEVER CALLS ME BACK! Dear DYLAN GRAY and Eastern dealership, seriously? Not only do I still have a damaged vehicle by you but this is the poorest customer service I ever received and experienced and as far as I am concerned you will never see me at your dealership again. I will also make sure to warn as many people about your dealership as I can! More

Sarah is personable, friendly, honest, professional, and she also knows her cars. It's always nice to meet a woman who understands cars without having to read a book first. I have been through many dealerships here in Winnipeg, and many dealerships across Ontario. I have never felt more comfortable in a dealership than Eastern Chrysler. The energy in the building is very positive and uplifting!
