I wanted to cancel the order instead but the agent said she will ask her manager and never called back. It was the worst experience. It felt like I was cheated and fooled. I didn't get to drive a test car. Nobody showed me the features of the car. You have to call them for updates, there is no customer service. And worst - they break any promise they give you. I will never deal with these people anymore. They are liars and heartless. If you wanted to be treated like nobody go to them. They sure dis that to me. More

I went to buy an used car, but when I got there the Cherokee was sold, Paul understood my buying needs and asked me to go back cause he had a car for I went to buy an used car, but when I got there the Cherokee was sold, Paul understood my buying needs and asked me to go back cause he had a car for me, my surprise was that it was a brand new Cherokee, they bought my old car in a very competent amount, he made everything to make me feel confortable and gave me the new car on the exact amount I told him that I could pay. It's a vehicle that I didn't want to part with but due to my changing lifestyle, I had to make the difficult decision. We were introduced to Tim shortly after our arrival. I came in with specific needs and he did everything he could to ensure that all those needs were met. While I intended to walk out of there with an older used vehicle, he explained clearly to me what would and wouldn't work, and I ended up getting a newer used Hyundai Elantra which was practically new and had everything I wanted and more, for the value I had in mind when I came in.
