Took my 2022 Ram 1500 to the body shop and service for defective screen. I was informed that they could not replicate the issue that I was experiencing with the screen and even if they could replicate th defective screen. Current symptoms: Screen turns black and is unresponsive, CarPlay turns on and off, screen freezes, and the worst for last, when the screen is unresponsive my heated seats and steering wheel turn on at full heat. So the solution is that I have to drive around with my heated seats/steering wheel at full heat in the hopes that one day their will be a software update to resolve this issue. Now moving on to the body shop; when I went to pick up my truck, the inside was filthy, and the outside had tape marks and they had knocked out of place my passengers mirror. I was waiting nearly an hour and now I will have to take my truck back again to get it cleaned (remove tape marks) as well as to adjust my passenger mirror which had no issue prior to taking my truck to the body shop. I will have to go again and waste my time and gas, after they had my truck for a whole extra day.. More
