Didn't really expect to buy a truck today.. Andre called me the evening before telling me he had the perfect truck for me. After discussing a few financing options I decided it couldn't hurt to Andre called me the evening before telling me he had the perfect truck for me. After discussing a few financing options I decided it couldn't hurt to go take a look. Next day headed down to Eastern and met Andre and Paul. Those boys sure know how to treat a customer. The truck was everything I wanted and more. After a bit of back and forth we settled on a price and then I rang the bell!!!!! Whole place lit up horns and cheers. I can honestly say the best sales atmosphere I've ever been around. Not just truck and car sales, this was the best retail atmosphere I've ever encountered. Thanks for setting me up with my new rig. My previous experience with Rod Bell brought me back as he was very professional and genuinely happy that we were happy with the purchase. My recent experience was even better as not only did I have communication with Rod who set me up with Tim Masters who is fantastic and knowledgeable but, I also worked closely with Matt Henry. All three gentlemen named are all professional and know there product. They also make the customer feel comfortable and relaxed with no pressure. Eastern Chrysler has something in its' favor with these gentlemen on the team. If you want honesty and integrity when purchasing a new vehicle or a used vehicle you must give yourself the opportunity to visit this dealership as I don't believe you will be disappointed. As a direct result of my experience, 4 co-workers have recently purchased new vehicles from these folks in the last 3 months. All are very satisfied with their vehicles and the deal reached in purchasing them. This is the start of what looks to be a promising relationship for years to come.
