My first car a brand new 2018 Jeep Compass Trailhawk My parents bought me a 2010 compass in 2012 sometime in June. Well 2018 was around the corner so i decided it was time for an upgrade. The Jeep brand has been good to me so i felt that getting a better version of the vehicle I already had would be the best choice. My car was purchased at this dealership so I went to the same place because I felt that it would be easier. When I walked into the dealership Paul was the first person I saw so he greeted me and things went on from there. I told him what I was interested in and he gave me options on what I could get for the vehicle. After discussing some features and must haves he brought out the vehicle so that I could take a look. I was amazed at how nice it looked and the model he showed me *2018 Jeep Compass North* wasn't even the *2018 Trailhawk* that I was getting. After arriving back from the test ride we began took look at the numbers and how much the vehicle would cost with all of the features I was looking for. During our whole conversation I never felt any pressure from Paul he was very understanding with what I wanted and didn't. He more of just talked to me as if I were a friend. After all was done and I pressed the red button Paul led me to Craig who helped me with financing. I came back a few days later hearing that I was approved for the vehicle. Craig went over somethings with the paperwork but told me there was a slight problem. At the time there was a promotion going on *Don't pay for 90 days* which I was going to use to save up my payments for the vehicle. Unfortunately the bank I was with was the only bank that didn't approve this promotion they were doing. I told Craig that this was the deal breaker because i really was looking forward to that promotion. He told me to wait a little bit so that he could make a phone call and see what he could do. After about 10 minutes he got me from the waiting area and told me that I was approved from my bank for the promotion. Craig said that he was very surprised that the bank decided to approve me because it was a deal that they would usually never do but in my case decided too. He was very helpful in getting me my vehicle because I know for a fact that when banks say no to something they usually don't change there minds. Craig must have convinced them in approving me which most people probably couldn't do. All in all it was a easy time getting the vehicle I wanted and the staff there were very helpful. If I end up staying in this city Eastern Chrysler 1900 Main will be the dealership ill be dealing with from now on. Also they gave me a deal on WEATHERTEK floor mats which I really wanted and that everyone buying a new car should have. *** One thing and One thing that I must point out though is that when I got the vehicle the front license plate holder wasn't installed which I find very strange because if i'm spending 60,000$ on a brand new car. Why would I have to install something like that myself. They did end up installing it for me after =D. More

The best! I have been a client of Eastern Chrysler for awhile now. But when the Product Advisor I use to deal with left, I was assigned a new contact person at I have been a client of Eastern Chrysler for awhile now. But when the Product Advisor I use to deal with left, I was assigned a new contact person at the dealership, Gina. She called me and introduced herself but I didn't want to talk to her. I hung up on her a few times but she kept calling, and never gave up on me. One day I called her asking to see her, to explore my options. She immediately opened up her day for me. Although I did not get a vehicle from her at our first meeting I knew that eventually I would and I did! Months have gone by and like I said, she never gave up. She would call just to check up on me, ask me how things are. I am so happy that she kept calling me. She makes sure that all is well, not just with me, but with my family as well. My brother in-law passed away a couple of months ago and she came to the Service. She took time away from work to be there. I don't think any other sales person would do that! I will be sending all my friends and family to Gina and Eastern Chrysler. More

I have NEVER received stellar service like this before! From the moment I called Eastern Chrysler, with Howan on the other end, greeting me with smiles over the phone and courteous conversation. I was very happy to feel like I was dealing with an honest team. He answered every last question I had with a follow up email and phone call. He then put me in touch with KC, who was sooo professional and kind. KC went out of his way to bring the car to my mom's condo in Linden Woods. It was -45 outside, and he came with all questions answered, showed me the vehicle from the comfort of my mom's heated garage. We went through the safety paperwork, the evaluation of my mom's car, answered any questions I had and went on his way back to the dealership. Within 10 minutes, I received a call from Andre who quickly answered any financial questions we had. I know we had a very fair deal, and they were willing to do everything they could to make my mom feel comfortable with this vehicle. The next day, we were again blown away, they brought the car over one more time to my mom's condo for her to have a look at it once again. The following day, we brought our own car to trade in, and we met Rome, who was very professional as well. He was VERY respectful towards my mom. KC gave us a tour of the entire dealership and introduced us to Andre, Howan and the service team, for my mom to get familiar with the new team. With HUGS! Who are these terribly well mannered people..We are soo impressed. Especially, that I do not live in Winnipeg, I just know that my mom is in the best hands with these professional people. KC even waved goodbye to us, walked us to our car. It was like a commercial! Totally blown away, all around. The very next day, they delivered my mom's new car, cleaned, full of gas and all smiles.
