Dealership is one of the worst ones I visited. What should of taken no longer than an hour I was there for over 2 1/2 hours. Even though I had an appointment Didn’t know where the vehicles were. Test drove vehicle which all tires were below requirements. This after supposedly the vehicle was safetied. Used car sales manager tried to low ball trades. Don’t recommend this place at all. Traded my vehicles in at Audi Winnipeg. What a difference in environment from an updated facility to competent employees. More

I thought they’re really helping me out but they only gave me more problems. I came to them to trade my suv to a newer and more reliable car but the car they gave me is a garbage. They don’t even clean it properly, the tires is below safety requirements. No spare keys and missing parts on my dashboard. I fall from there promises that they will fix it but until now the do nothing. The worst thing is I got so broke last Christmas because they didn’t process the buyout right away. I have to pay my old car and the new one. I did 3 payments already before they stop the payments. I don’t wanna bother them anymore it’s just a waste of time. But today I got a low engine oil warning on the car I got from them. My mechanic said it’s burning oil and my tires are all the same. The front is all season and the back are summer tires and it shouldn’t pass the safety. I messaged them and all they say is sorry. If you don’t wanna make your life miserable don’t do business with this dealership. More
Took my 2022 Ram 1500 to the body shop and service for defective screen. I was informed that they could not replicate the issue that I was experiencing with the screen and even if they could replicate th defective screen. I was informed that they could not replicate the issue that I was experiencing with the screen and even if they could replicate the issues, I would still have to wait for the software update to resolve the defective screen. Current symptoms: Screen turns black and is unresponsive, CarPlay turns on and off, screen freezes, and the worst for last, when the screen is unresponsive my heated seats and steering wheel turn on at full heat. So the solution is that I have to drive around with my heated seats/steering wheel at full heat in the hopes that one day their will be a software update to resolve this issue. Now moving on to the body shop; when I went to pick up my truck, the inside was filthy, and the outside had tape marks and they had knocked out of place my passengers mirror. I was waiting nearly an hour and now I will have to take my truck back again to get it cleaned (remove tape marks) as well as to adjust my passenger mirror which had no issue prior to taking my truck to the body shop. I will have to go again and waste my time and gas, after they had my truck for a whole extra day.. More

Cons: Broken A/C (Honda and sales area), broken computers, broken printer, Sales Manager claiming vehicle had a 4-cyl option (Ridgeline truck), claims of being short-staffed (while observing staff hanging out), no negotiation on price, sales manager not bothering to negotiate AT ALL, the Ridgeline had an interior rattle. Do not waste your time buying here. Please move on to another dealership. More
