It's been so long since I bought a vehicle, I didn't know what to expect at this point. My salesperson, Paul is incredible! He is knowledgeable, helpful, and diligent. He really takes the time to go through all of the information about the car. On the day I test drove it, he went through all of the features, and then spent over an hour going through it again when I picked it up so I was comfortable with my new vehicle. That is amazing service that doesn't happen everywhere. I know that when I bought my first car, I didn't have nearly as thorough support. Another guy I have to mention was Rome. Rome helped me get approved for the vehicle and went above and beyond to do so. So thank you Paul and Rome it has been a wonderful experience. And I can sleep at night knowing that if I have any questions, you two guys will be there to answer them. I thoroughly recommend Eastern!! More

My wife and I just bought a new minivan for our growing family, and KC and the entire team really went the extra mile to make the experience as pleasa My wife and I just bought a new minivan for our growing family, and KC and the entire team really went the extra mile to make the experience as pleasant as possible. They took their time to find out exactly what we wanted, and based on that, we were able to work out a price that we were quite comfortable with (which included a very fair price on the vehicle we were trading in) - and since they didn't have one on the lot that met our exact specifications (features, color, etc.), they went and found one for us at another dealership (in Saskatchewan) that they flat-bedded to Winnipeg at no additional cost. Then, since my wife actually gave birth to our son during the few days that our van was being delivered, they had an extra-special surprise waiting for us when we went to pick it up. Very happy with the personalized service and the entire experience! We will definitely go back to Eastern Chrysler the next time we're in the market for a FCA vehicle! More
