Gina was very friendly and offered lots of information and was willing to answer all of my questions. I have purchased two new vehicles in the past from a different Dodge dealership and Eastern Dodge blew them out of the water in terms of service and attention to small details. At the other dealership they made me feel like they were doing me a favour to sell me the vehicle; whereas at Eastern they wanted to make sure I was having a good experience. They even filled the tank before picking up my used car! The other dealership gave me my brand new vehicle virtually empty and was lucky to have enough gas to get to the gas station. Attention to details as simple as this is what makes a huge difference! Excellent overall experience. More
