She really listened to my needs and wants, and did not try to up sell. She worked with my budget and I got an amazing car! Ian was great to work with too! He got me an awesome rate on my loan. I tried to get a better rate on my own at the bank and a credit union, and I couldn't get a better rate myself. I had the best experience buying my first car here. I was originally looking at purchasing a new vehicle but ended up changing my mind and opted for a used 2017 vehicle. The level of customer service never waivered. Gina was very friendly and offered lots of information and was willing to answer all of my questions. I have purchased two new vehicles in the past from a different Dodge dealership and Eastern Dodge blew them out of the water in terms of service and attention to small details. At the other dealership they made me feel like they were doing me a favour to sell me the vehicle; whereas at Eastern they wanted to make sure I was having a good experience. They even filled the tank before picking up my used car! The other dealership gave me my brand new vehicle virtually empty and was lucky to have enough gas to get to the gas station. Attention to details as simple as this is what makes a huge difference! Excellent overall experience. More

After hearing a few 'horror stories' regarding Eastern Chrysler, we were extremely hesitant to even think about stepping foot in there. But after looking around, checking out multiple dealerships and umteen vehicles, they had the one I wanted so we bit the bullet. I must say it was LITERALLY THE BEST customer service experience. Right from the second we walked through the door to the second I drove away, every single person whom so much as looked our way was extremely pleasant and went above and beyond. We were blown away!!!! The energy, the atmosphere, the genuineness was unreal, things that are almost unheard of these days!! It was a welcoming, fun, laid back, yet professional environment.
