I brought down to Eastern and the advisor as well as the manager, Shaun Saull heard the urgency in my voice. They set me up with a vehicle, and I was on my way! They even drove out of town that same day to get the part my car needed in order to get me back on the road ASAP, and was given updates from Shaun Saull every step of the way! I am always met with kindness, expertise and high quality customer service. Eastern Chrysler will forever be my number one service Centre. More

Damages to my vehicle thanks to service I had my vehicle towed to service on day as my battery died. It was towed by Tartan Towing who took before and after pictures of my vehicle before the I had my vehicle towed to service on day as my battery died. It was towed by Tartan Towing who took before and after pictures of my vehicle before they dropped it off (i witnessed it). My car sat only in the service shop all day until i picked it up at 4:30. When i picked it up immediately i noticed a deep white pain scratch on my red charger. I had mentioned it to Yogi who was very nice about it and took pictures. He advised me to call the service manager the following week as it was a Friday and almost closing time..okay, no problem. I wasn't even angry i just noticed it and wanted it fixed. So i call the next week and leave several messages for Shaun. No response. I finally get a hold of someone helpful who told me to bring it in to have it assessed. No problem so i did. When i get there Shaun came out and immediately got defensive with me and was being a total xxx.,.. he blatantly denied that the damage came from his shop and tried to throw his shop experience in my face..(people make mistakes, you jerk). At this point I felt annoyed with his attitude and lack of taking responsibility for the damage. IT WAS ONLY IN 1 PLACE ALL DAY! He said he wouldn't fix it and that i had to go through MPI to make a claim..so i did. He was SO rude about it and honestly I wasn't.. i explained what happened and he pretty much called me a liar. Horrible customer service, Shaun. Unless there's a recall on my vehicle I am never taking my vehicle here again. OH and I had purchased my charger from Eastern Chrysler..you'd think I, as a customer, would have been treated a little better. More
