Perfect Combination Eastern was my last stop while shopping around for a vehicle, but it easily should have been my first. This time around I dealt with Gina and it was by far the best service I have ever received. Gina listened to my families needs and wants and provided us with the best options possible. After just two test drives we found the right one and Gina made the sales process seamless for us. I know that car sales representatives get a bad "rep" sometimes but between Gina, Andre, Jim, and Matt they removed that idea. With regards to financing I dealt with Ian who also was very thorough at going through my financing and taking it a step further with additional information with regards to my credit history. I am extremely appreciative with the team work of Eastern that made this sale work for us, Matt Henry assisting with banks, and several follow up phone calls from Rod. Not sure how many people get the opportunity to meet pretty much the entire management team but I did and it reiterated the value that the team placed on my sale.
