The car I was looking into had already been washed, fueled and was ready for me to take it for a test drive. My sales associate Paul Parades was kind enough to take me on a route where I could drive like I normally drive, instead of simply taking me through a standard path through the city. At no point in my time with Paul did I ever feel pressured to make a decision or forced to add on extra things that I did not want. Paul was kind and understanding and was supportive in allowing me to make up my mind on my own. After deciding to purchase the car, the process of going through finance was also quick and straightforward, which allowed me to drive away in my new car that very same day. Overall my experience at Eastern Chrysler was fantastic! 5/5 for customer service and treatment all around. I highly recommend this dealership for any new or used vehicle purchase! More
