Can I have less than one star I bought my truck from Eastern Chrysler and they have the most incompetent service department I've ever dealt with ! Rude ignorant staff ! I purchased a brand new 2021 2500 Promaster. on the initial inspection i had an issue with the passenger seat. I brought the vehicle in to get the seat and other things fixed and they did some m on the initial inspection i had an issue with the passenger seat. I brought the vehicle in to get the seat and other things fixed and they did some modification, which i have the work order to show. Now the seat needs to be replaced which they ordered. The seat was on back order, so i was told. After over a year of waiting for it they said they will not replace it. Aamir Malik the gm of the building states the seat was modified( yes it was by his staff, again work order to prove it) he will not take responsibility of the problem and refused to fix it. very slimy way of doing business. hopefully if you are looking for a vehicle go here only to get comparison for another dealer and avoid given Aamir Malik your business. Sales experience started OK but very little of what was promised was actually given, at least not without a fight. Firstly, I traded in my leased vehicle and was told I had nothing to worry about, they wo promised was actually given, at least not without a fight. Firstly, I traded in my leased vehicle and was told I had nothing to worry about, they would take care of the transfer however I continued to have to pay for the old vehicle for over a month after they took it. The service center is also the worst I've ever seen. I was promised a tow package would be installed and it would "just like from factory" when they called to advise it was ready, the connectors were just hanging from the back, no mount or anything. Second time I was called the connections were mounted, however the mounted plate wasn't even connected to the bumper. Since then I have had to take the vehicle in a couple times and not once have I been able to pick up my vehicle on the first call. They even made us wait in the waiting room (mid pandemic) and then forgot we were even there. We finally approached someone to ask what was going on and was advised they were closing and sorry there was nothing more they could do. Most ridiculous experiences I've ever had with a service department. More
