I can't believe this is happening to us The vehicle keeps needing to be fixed. Every time we bring it in, they don't fix what they are supposed to. We have had it maybe 4 weeks since June. I The vehicle keeps needing to be fixed. Every time we bring it in, they don't fix what they are supposed to. We have had it maybe 4 weeks since June. It's always in the shop, but still there's always the same problem and they admit it didnt get fixed. Now the tires sideqalls are cracked, we have to fix the brakes ourself. We had asked them to check the brakes from day 1. And every other time we brought it in. Finally 3 months later they say the brakes are worn and we have to fix them. How did cracked sidewalls and worn out brakes pass safety not to mention a broken barring and whatever else. We have been scammed big time. We both work full time and hardly have the vehicle or the time and money to deal with this. First time buyers nightmare come true. I can't remember all the employees names, I want no part of this anymore. My partner has to deal with them. I give up. Thir good at thier jobs. We fell for it and made a contact that now is ruining our lives. More

Awesome Customer Service! Walking into the dealership I was a little nervous. Gina greeted me and we talked about trading in my truck for a newer one. They don't follow thru with avg expectations. Untrustworthy I had such high hopes for this dealership and their service department. Polite and courteous as any. However their service department are crooks. Rec I had such high hopes for this dealership and their service department. Polite and courteous as any. However their service department are crooks. Recently I went in for an oil change and opted for the peace of mind service where they do this multi point inspection. For me it made sense considering they do tire rotations with the service. Well the tire rotation didn't happen. And they had the car for 3 hours. Don't trust the work they claim to do. I suspect they just used conventional oil. I just lost trust in this business. I had a previous incident where I brought it in to get a key fob programmed. Apparently their service sales staff can't coordinate with the service techs to see what work was done and when it was. It's post 2000 guys get with a work order program that works and let's all service staff know what work is being done and when it was completed. They had my car for 3 days. To program the key fob. I wasn't in a rush to get the car back. But come on. It's dosent take that long to program a key fob, especially if it's a direct dealership for my Dodge Durango Never come here, the are shaddy. I don't trust them. No integrity. The service manager didn't even bother contacting me with the key fob issue. Such cowards. All I wanted was an apology. More

Ivanka emailed me right away with some details on one of the vans they have in stock, and set us up with Gina to come down and take a look in person and see what they could offer us. Gina was great!
