Speechless.. I was looking around to trade in my vehicle, and kept getting run around. No one follows up with you, most of the time no one takes your calls, and th I was looking around to trade in my vehicle, and kept getting run around. No one follows up with you, most of the time no one takes your calls, and they promise to get back to you and never do. I also had to fight for my first “free” oil change after purchasing my Chrysler 200 from there. Turns out my car takes “special” oil, and they quoted me approximately $70 bucks. After the oil change was done, the bill was $130+. I then had to chase a manager down through my sales associate, and wait over an hour to get my first oil change covered, (as was originally promised when buying the car). They then advised they will only cover $100 on a preloaded Eastern Chrysler card, so still ended up with out of pocket costs. I also had to bring my car in as the traction control light kept coming on. After booking an appointment with the lady on the phone, (that was apparently all the mechanics lunch time, which I found out when I arrived; convenient..), I was essentially told that I must be mistaken, and they can’t replicate the issue. Car was in service for almost 3 hours, and guess what, traction control light is back; though I have to admit, it was intermittent since they ran some kind of update...It’s not really worth your sanity to deal with this place. Dealing with their service department alone is a whole other level of purgatory. You could probably find better service in a field, banging two rocks together, while screaming at the sky. I ended up taking my car to another dealership at Pointe West Auto Park, and they have been successful at fixing the issue. As well, they were more than happy to get me out of this car, and into something else. Initial impressions of Eastern Chrysler were positive, however, after signing that dotted line on the original deal for my car, I am no longer valued as a customer. Would advise to consider other options before deciding to make a purchase at Eastern Chrysler. More

Been a customer of over 15 years seems like your only concerned of selling the vehicle and once it gone nobody cares. Lots of empty promises on every level and would not recommend buying a vehicle from people that don't care. I understand its a job but in 2013 when bought my Ram was treated great now not so much. Spouse bought a used 2016 vehicle paid for extra stuff to be done and they say it was done but would I not get service paperwork saying it was. I will not be trading in my vehicle at this dealership anytime soon as tired of getting ripped off. I will say dealing with Gerald in the service department was only silver lining going to the dealership these days as always friendly and helpful. More

Unfair buying experience. I came for test drive. Seller forced me to sign agreement, which I refused, and gave me finally to sign suspicious document listing information about I came for test drive. I went to another dealership for test drive. They gave me beautiful blank with the picture of my driver license on it to sign for test drive without asking to sign any other additional document. Visit to "Eastern Chrysler" was unpleasant. More of that, when I left, seller shouted after me something like:" No help to those who is not willing to buy" (!) (Not exact these words, but meaning was like this.) Still feeling so bad. Any place is made by people working there. Respect to customer, willingness to help, attitude in general. Seller representative "treated" me like I am not valuable at all! Will never visit again. More

($125 of diesel plus two jugs of def) Was told no winter cover came with truck. I purchased one and after cleaning the inside of truck, I found winter cover stuffed under front seat. Needed to return again to dealership to return front. Also was told I would receive a cheque when picking up truck, had to wait almost a week. Returning to dealership again. I don't live close to this dealership. I will NOT recommended this dealership. ps. I finally saw Trevor and was great to deal with. He gave me the paper work and also called me when cheque was ready. He was knowledgable about the vehicle and it's functions/features and walked us through the sale process without being pushy at all. He was great! Ian helped us with the finance portion of the sale, and he was great as well. Very personable, knowledgable and accommodating as we finalized the deal. He took me out for the final vehicle inspection before I drove our new vehicle off the lot. Nothing but good things to say! More
