Incorrect information When I was enquiring about winter tire storage and I specifically asked if I paid for storage and tire removal I was told I only paid for the storage. When I made my appointment I was not told that there was a sale for tire removal at the time of my appointment which worked out on my behalf. Therefore I feel I was mislead as to the cost of tire storage and payment for removal nor was I informed of the sale which fortunately was cheaper for me. These pieces of information are important when I make decisions on where to store my tires and the entire cost of everything to me. More

Told the assistant manager(not sure that that is his job title) Justin that the light is on, and to come and see it, to which he replied "I know what an engine light looks like".......Going to a different place. Will not return. More

They took care of my warranty deductible, filled my tank, and even washed my vehicle up.
