Service I made an appointment to service my vehicle. Upon arrival I was greeted by Gerald (by name as he remembered me from previous visits. We reviewed what my service requests were and indicated the revive would be done as soon as possible. As he was leaving for lunch he reported that my vehicle would be ready in about 10 minutes and someone else would advise. Unfortunately no one came by. When Gerald noticed me upon his return, he apologized for the delay and completed the paperwork, reporting what recommendations were made by the mechanic. Certainly, Gerald has shown why he is considered a valuable team member. More

Incorrect information When I was enquiring about winter tire storage and I specifically asked if I paid for storage and tire removal I was told I only paid for the storage. When I made my appointment I was not told that there was a sale for tire removal at the time of my appointment which worked out on my behalf. Therefore I feel I was mislead as to the cost of tire storage and payment for removal nor was I informed of the sale which fortunately was cheaper for me. These pieces of information are important when I make decisions on where to store my tires and the entire cost of everything to me. More
