New Vehicle Purchase Experience Last week I took delivery of a 2014 Ram truck. My rexperience at Eastern was exceptional. This was the third dealership I visited looking for someon Last week I took delivery of a 2014 Ram truck. My rexperience at Eastern was exceptional. This was the third dealership I visited looking for someone to take the lead on my new vehicle search and truly help me find the right truck package. Eastern's Product Advisor Brad Dorge was the first one to ask me relevant questions pertaining to my needs, first to offer a test drive, and made it clear he was there to help me find the right truck for my situation. When i arrived at the dealership I was merely on my way to my office and decided to stop in and see what they had in stock for me to see. I was not going to purchase a new truck that day. Well that changed when I felt very comfortable about the whole interaction. I was going to get a new truck soon and when i realized I was being treated the way it should be, i was more than happy to complete a deal that day. Brad and his fellow Eastern employees took the time to find the right vehicle and put together a deal that worked for me. To my total surprise Brad also managed to get the truck ready for delivery in a time frame that exceded my expectations. There was several accesories and installation to be coordinated. Brad and his colleagues in my mind pulled all the stops and got the truck ready - when there was no time frame requested by me. Got me behind the wheels of a 2013 used Dodge Avenger and I instantly fell in love. Had low kilometers on it and the car practically looked and felt brand new. Rod was always available through the process. Would recommend anyone see him if they go here. Greg handled the finance portion of the deal. He kept me informed the whole way and before I knew it I was the new owner of this awesome car. I've purchased new vehicles at other dealerships before but this has by far been the best experience I've had so far. I don't think I'll be going anywhere else from now on. My confidence to drive my car went up again. No more clunking sound and the suspension feels more solid now.
