We were looking for a van and ended up at the right place. I got a call from Phu Ly who asked a few questions to narrow down what I was looking for so he could check the stock. I then got a video message from Phu showing me what he had with brief descriptions. I called back about one, and another van more interesting came to his attention that he mentioned and we had a test drive set up in no time and at our convenience. We went on a nice test drive, not just an around the block one and we had our new van purchase sealed. Phu and the rest of the staff give off a great vibe and dealing with him was a pleasure. We came into eastern Chrysler and dealt with a very nice young lady name Tiffany, we went through what she called was a "guest sheet" she asked questions from our basic info all the way to what exactly we were looking for in a vehicle right down to the colour. After going through all our info it turned out we were interested in a vehicle that was not there yet. She looked into what we wanted and checked the system and turned out it was already on order. We left that day without a vehicle but were called back a couple days later by Tiffany, she told us the vehicle had come in and that she would have it ready for an appointment with us. We came in to see the vehicle in the exact color we wanted and took it for a drive, she showed us everything the vehicle had to offer and spent the time to make sure we understood it all. When we got back to the dealership I knew it was the vehicle for us, we then sat down with one of the managers and were given a very good price. We took the deal and when we came to pick the vehicle up she sat in the parking lot with us and showed us how to work the radio a little more as well as the lights, wipers and the locks. We had a fantastic time dealing with eastern and if this vehicle doesn't last us the length we want it to we will definitely be going back there. Even after us leaving, we have been called to make sure everything is working great with our vehicle and we have even stopped in a couple more times to get help on things we don't remember and she's always been willing to stop and help. As soon as we walked in we were greeted by very friendly staff who immediately asked if we would like a drink or cookie as they were having a 2 day party.
