This was my first experience purchasing a new vehicle and I was a bit hesitant since I had strong ties to my trade-in. My salesman, Brad Dorge made my friends and I feel welcome right from the beginning. He was very friendly and informative about my available options; he understood what I was looking for in a new vehicle and provided me with a full insight on what I could expect. What I really liked was that Brad offered his personal opinions and reflected on his own experiences during conversation, which to me showed a great deal of honesty and trustworthiness. Throughout the entire experience I felt very comfortable and I never felt pressured to make a decision. Each time we returned to the dealership Brad made sure that he was available and spent as much time with us as we needed. Brad was attentive to all of my friends and my inquiries and made an effort to see that all of our requests were met during the final negotiation. The manager, Roger Dorge was also very friendly and attentive to our requests. Each time we visited, Roger remembered who we were and made an effort to stop and talk. Roger was very keen on meeting our needs during the final negotiations, and I felt that we received a very good deal. After the purchase, Brad has maintained his attentiveness towards any further questions I have had. Amazing All Around Experience! I have always been skeptical going to any dealership whether it be for sales or service because of my previous experience with other dealerships. Until I was referred to Eastern Chrysler by a family member, as he said he has bought the last 4-5 vehicles there and keeps going back because of the positive customer experiences he has had dealing with all departments at Eastern. I had called before hand to see if the Dodge Journey on their website was available and was lucky enough to talk to Brad Dorge, he arranged a time that same day and was waiting when I got there. Brad took a genuine interest in what I was looking for in a vehicle and answered all my questions thoroughly. He was so pleasant and I never felt like I was being taken for a "ride" so to speak. He was straightforward when explaining the entire process step-by-step. He followed though on his promises and I wouldn't hesitate to refer Brad to anyone I know! Barry took care of handling the finance side of things. I have heard plenty of horror stories about finance managers, but Barry was very up-front and helpful. He didn't try to pressure me into buying any add-ons I didn't need and he let me make each decision. By the end I understood everything that went into the price of the car and I felt good about the whole process. I had been putting off purchasing a new vehicle for a year or two, only because I have always hating the experience. I was doing a little online shopping from home when I started the online chat with a sales person who asked me what I was looking for and so on. The next morning Andrew contacted me and away we went.
