Great Service, Poor product I was very happy with the service I received at Eastern Chrysler, however, the Jeep I bought had multiple problems which forced me to trade the vehic I was very happy with the service I received at Eastern Chrysler, however, the Jeep I bought had multiple problems which forced me to trade the vehicle for another brand. This is not a reflection on the dealer as I was very happy with their service, but was not happy with the Jeep Patriot I bought. Great Service, Great Truck I came in and in no time Brayden got me the truck I was looking for at a great price. I traded in an old car and he got me over three grand more than I came in and in no time Brayden got me the truck I was looking for at a great price. The truck had a couple issues when I first bought it but the service team didn't hesitate to fix the problem as soon as it happened. We found this process a little frustrating at first, as we were in a rush and were looking for very specific information. Once we got past this initial frustration, we worked directly with Brad and Jason McLean to work out which van we would choose. This was an easy and satisfying process. Once this was decided, the process was great. Negotiation of price was fair and on our terms. We feel the agreed price for the can was excellent. The sales team and the finance manager worked to get the paperwork done quickly and we were able to drive away in our new ride the next day. Well done Eastern!
