Just when we gave up on Dodge Braydon pulled us back in! After a horrible experience at another Dodge dealer we had given up on Dodge and started looking at other Manufacturers. Braydon was very knowledgeable on all the products at Eastern, very friendly, and in a time where customer service is lacking at most businesses Braydon exceeded our expectations greatly! Dodge Experience I went to Rod Bell since he was persistent on contacting me to trade in my Veracruz several times before. I did a test ride on a Grand Cherokee jeep and enjoyed the ride, however at that time Rod spent a lot of time with me trying to support me with the car I wanted. This time around I was ready as my Veracruz was beginning to give me grief just like Rod had said it would eventually. I stopped in and he was very busy tending to other activity, however he took the time to get me into the truck I wanted. I really like the ride of the 2014 Dodge SLT with all the bells and whistles.
