Yesterday I came in to Eastern Chrysler for an oil change on my 2013 Chrysler 200 and I spoke with Nicole about my car (she drives the same one) while Yesterday I came in to Eastern Chrysler for an oil change on my 2013 Chrysler 200 and I spoke with Nicole about my car (she drives the same one) while my husband and I were waiting to see our friends grandson (Braydon) get back from a test drive with someone else. Nicole had mentioned that I should look at the Limited Edition Chrysler 200 they had just got in. When Braydon got back he greeted me with a big hug and I asked him to see the Chrysler 200 Nicole had mentioned. Low and behold I loved the car, it has heated seats, leather seats and a sunroof! Great deal on my Avenger I was walking around the Eastern Chrysler parking lot after leaving the Ford dealership down the street. My daughter and son in law were helping me bu I was walking around the Eastern Chrysler parking lot after leaving the Ford dealership down the street. 2014 Jeep Cherokee Trail Hawk I had my eyes set on the 2014 Jeep Cherokee North 4x4. I went to the closest dealership which was Winnipeg Dodge Chrysler Jeep in Park West Auto Mall I had my eyes set on the 2014 Jeep Cherokee North 4x4. I went to the closest dealership which was Winnipeg Dodge Chrysler Jeep in Park West Auto Mall. They were aggressive sales people, low-balling my trade-in value and pushy beyond belief. Don't bother going for a test drive, it is so not worth the trip. A friend suggested we go to Eastern Chrysler Dodge Jeep where we were greeted by Rodney, who gave us alternate options to the Jeep Cherokee North. Without discussing previous purchase and trade-in values from the other dealership, I was offered an upgraded model (2014 Jeep Cherokee Trail Hawk), for a better price and was given more value for my trade-in. I had to wait 11 long weeks for my custom order to arrive, but wow, so worth the wait!! Everyone was so patient with my excessive calling asking for order status and giving me production updates. The only issue on arrival was the fog lights not working, which they fixed, which is the only reason I cannot give quality of work a 5 out of 5. More

Braydon was very knowledgeable on all the products at Eastern, very friendly, and in a time where customer service is lacking at most businesses Braydon exceeded our expectations greatly!
