shopping for a new car when my wife wrote off her chrysler 300, we shopped around winnipeg and gone to a few dealerships. we had a very bad experience two dealerships, Winni when my wife wrote off her chrysler 300, we shopped around winnipeg and gone to a few dealerships. we had a very bad experience two dealerships, Winnipeg dodge and gauthier's dodge regent. Winnipeg dodge were very pushy won't take no for answer. told them we just looking checking price's. Gauthier's on regent bullied us into giving a deposit for $ 500.00. My wife was very frustrated, with them.Before all of this we first went to Eastern Sales, and we meet Rod Bell, he was great treated us with respect and honesty.asked about the our needs then showed us around talked about the Chrysler 200 also the Jeep Cherokee. told Rod that we would like to think about it. And Rod sure call him when we were ready. Well after all that, my wife said lets go back to Eastern Sales, they treated us better, we went back and talked Rod and Jason Mclean and told them our experience with these other dealerships. They couldn't believe what we went through, When we bought our new Jeep Cherokee, Jason gave us a great deal and Also took the $500.00 off that Gauthiers keep.the finance guy Barry Olinkin, he was also great didn't try to sell something to us that we didn't need. he talked to my wife explained everything to her about her warranty and all her service needs for the Jeep. Almost everyone I know has had a bad experience with purchasing a vehicle and I can't lie I have too but when I came to see you for my brand new 300 it was amazing from start to finish. If it wasn't you offering me your Nitro to take the kids for lunch, giving my prince toys to play with while we discussed serious business or you grabbing my husband and I a cool drink while you crunched the budget I gave you to work with. These little gestures go a long way and I want you to know that we appreciated every one of them. If there was a "xxxx yes" option to the question "would I recommend this dealership" that's what I would select but I guess a simple yes will do. Difference like night and day I emailed Eastern Chrysler and within the hour Rod had contacted me, very enthusiastically I might add. I was hesitant about the whole process as I I emailed Eastern Chrysler and within the hour Rod had contacted me, very enthusiastically I might add. I was hesitant about the whole process as I had a bad experience with Winnipeg Dodge a few weeks earlier. The difference was like night and day. There was no pressure from Rod. Great salesman and great guy. I was also worried about financing as I've been slowly piecing my life back together since a house fire and had accumulated some debt and missed some payments. Greg got me the financing I needed and I am still happily surprised by the rate. Great job guys! Had a lot of laughs and a great time. Highly recommend this dealership and these fellows! More
