Fast and knowledgeable service We had a recurring problem with our Dodge Journey that was causing us concern. The "problem" happened again and the closest dealership was Eastern. We do not live near by and had never been there before. We were driving out of town for the weekend, with a very packed vehicle. Hailee was incredible. Not only were we greeted quickly and in a friendly manner, she listened to our concerns and assured us a technician would look at our vehicle right away. Amazingly the "problem" was not only identified (she had a good idea what it was) but repaired under warranty within 2 hours!! We now have piece of mind continuing our journey out of town, and happiness because the problem was finally found. The fact it was covered under our warranty was a big bonus. The customer lounge is also comfortable. More

Recently I had signed to purchase a vehicle from a competitor, and realized by the next day I had been mislead on final finance information, pushed into purchasing things I didnt need or want and I returned their vehicle and took back my trade in the next day with not the best experience. I decided to take a recommendation from a friend and see the staff at Eastern Chrysler . The staff that I had the opportunity to interact with made my car shopping relaxed and stress free! They were very knowledgeable and accommodating to my needs and wants with out trying to over sell me in something i neither wanted or needed, but instead worked out an excellent deal that I was comfortable with. Dave and I came into the Eastern showroom this morning not exactly knowing what would be the best choice for us, although we had narrowed it down to either a Chrysler 200 or a Dodge Dart. You gave us all the information to help us come to a decision and when we took out the 2013 Chrysler 200 for a test drive, in spite of Dave’s reluctance to buy a black car, I was smitten! The car handled so well and makes for a seamless transition for me from the Chrysler Sebring. Braydon, you went beyond the call of duty, when you allowed me to drive the 200 to the apartment block parkade and make sure that I could drive it into our parking spot with ease. That was awesome customer service. We were also warmly welcomed by Nicole at reception, Sales Managers Jason and Andre, Barry for finance and many other staff members, whose names I don’t recall. Thank you all for such excellent service: it made the whole procedure of buying a car quick and easy. Dave and I will be back on Friday morning, eager to take possession of our new car.
