Having purchased a new vehicle in the past, I was a little anxious about having to go through the whole car buying process again. The last time I purchased a new vehicle I really didn't enjoy dealing with the dealership and thought I would have to go the same motions again. So we did our research on our own in terms of pricing, options, year and model that would work best for us. When we came in and met Andrew he knew exactly what we were looking for and needed. The model we ended up buying was missing a feature, so the dealership was kind enough to include it, AND at the same time giving us a super great price. Better than we had hoped for. We really enjoyed meeting and talking to the whole sales team. We found the staff there to be genuine and non-pushy. My hubby and I will definitely send people their way. This is where we bought our new 2014 Dodge Grand Caravan, from our salesmen Braydon Mazurkiewich and our business manager Jason McLean, who couldn't have more generous and accommodating and our finance guy Barry Olinkin who was able to complete the paperwork in a very timely manner, and everyone at Eastren Chrysler my wife and I were very impressed with the whole process!!!!
