Very friendly and patient I was contacted by the dealership to trade in my vehicle, which I did find odd at first. I later found out they had a private buyer looking for my ve I was contacted by the dealership to trade in my vehicle, which I did find odd at first. I later found out they had a private buyer looking for my vehicle. I was willing to trade, I wanted an SUV instead of a car anyway. Although all the staff were friendly, and very patient, I didn't feel like I got the best price for my trade. Namely because I was offered more at a competing dealer when I had the vehicle appraised 4 weeks prior. I thought about the offer really hard and decided to take it, since they were able to give me a deal on an SUV due to their sale. I had put a command start in the old vehicle only 3 weeks before the trade, and the new SUV didn't come equip with one. I am still waiting on results from that inquiry. I would definitely recommend the dealership, despite my concerns they were patient, understanding and again, very friendly. I am now very happy with the new vehicle. More
