Bought a used car from Eastern Chrysler and it was worst experience I ever had. I financed my vehicle through one of their financial services provider. I was given a bill of sale with the price agreed too b experience I ever had. I financed my vehicle through one of their financial services provider. I was given a bill of sale with the price agreed too but when financing company called to verify application they had different bill of sale with higher amount. Not only was the price was higher on the bill of sale but they also forged my signatures on the bill of sale and on the contract documents. It has been 3 months and till this day i haven't heard a word from the management to why it happened. I have filed a complaint with MPI and consumer protection act. Also I am going to take them to court for fraud and forging documents with my signatures on. I would recommend people to stay away from this dealship. They are bunch of crooks with lawyers on salary to scare people away when they get cought. Management doesn't care about customer service. I will post an update once i go through small claims court. More
