We immediately realized that a vehicle here is a necessity. So while shopping for a vehicle we stumbled upon the website of Eastern. Immediately we found the right car for us. We contacted Rod Bell because he was recommended to us by our sponsor. He said that Rod is a decorated car dealer and he lived up to that expectation. Rod answered all our questions on the phone and he set to meet us the following day. Upon meeting him we were surprised by how well he delivered all the details we needed regarding the vehicle that we wanted. He explained everything from the specs of the vehicle up to how the finances work. He also promised us that Eastern is at its best in catering the needs of the clients. Sure enough after minutes of talk Rod had us test driven the vehicle. And we were impressed because what we read on the reviews of the vehicle was spot on with its actual performance. After that Rod arranged for us what was necessary and had us talked with the financing department. He had us meet Barry and we were given pre approval with us choosing and deciding the right option for the payment plan. After that Rod promised that we will be driving our car in less than the time expected. Sure enough after 2 days Rod gave us a call and announced that he has good news and asked us to bring some documents to their office. And the rest is history. As promised he delivered the vehicle to us in less than 3 days. And now we're driving our first Canadian car with the assistance of Rod and his other colleagues.Our Eastern Winnipeg experience was memorable because they gave us the best vehicle deal ever. And Rob is a good looking guy with excellent customer service. :) More

I went to Eastern Crysler this past Sept to purchase a new Jeep, Phu and Andre were great, they went above n beyond to get me the Jeep and price I wan I went to Eastern Crysler this past Sept to purchase a new Jeep, Phu and Andre were great, they went above n beyond to get me the Jeep and price I wanted. After agreeing on a price Andre shook my hand and gauranteed the price, when i went to sign the paper work a couple of day's later the finance person I was dealing with told she couldn't match the price he gauranteed me, she was going to see what she can do so I left. When my wife n I went back a couple more days later we ran into Andre, he asked if we were happy with our purchase and my wife said no and explained that the price we agreed and shook on wasn't being met. Andre went inside, within 5mins he came out and said its all taken care of and its the price we agreed on and they threw in free running board's. Andre who is a ex CFL player even give us his player tickets for the Bomber game that day, Best service I've had when buying a vehicle, I will only be dealing with Eastern Chrysler for now on. More

My salesman Andy was happy to go out in the -40 degree celsius temperatures to prepare cars that I wanted to test drive with him. We took out 5 different cars in one day so that I could get a great feel for all of them. They didn't pressure me at all and completely understood that I wanted to try out a few more cars at other dealerships. After trying out a few more cars at a few other dealerships, I returned to Eastern where I had the best service, the perfect vehicle for me, and the best price for that vehicle in the city! More
