There was no point in shopping anywhere else as the price and service were exceptional! We then met with finance and the great experience continued. Matt made sure we provided all the correct documents and approvals took no time at all. Having sold cars in the past I was very aware of the games dealerships can play with financing. Finance managers can choose a rate over and above what the bank approves you for! At 3.4% it would have been easy for Matt to come back at 5% and we would have been non the wiser! We were given the absolute lowest rate that was offered no games no upping the rate! I would recommend this team of professionals to anybody who asks! More

Wonderfully Surprising Expericence This was the first time I've purchased a vehicle from a dealership. It wasn't at all what I expected. I thought it would be a stressful process that was certain to leave me full of buyer's remorse. I can look back at the experience and honestly say it was fun! Rod, Rodney, Andre and Matt made it fun. Thank you guys! I was having difficulty deciding on what kind of vehicle would fit all my requirements. I called Eastern Chrysler because they seemed to have the best selection and prices of used newer vehicles online. I spook with Rod Bell, told him my long wish list and budget and he said he would do his best. I had a long list of requirements and a budget but no ideal what kind of vehicle I wanted. Rod arrange to have me test drive 10 or more cars, it was a process of elimination. Rod was so patient and kind he assured me he would find me exactly what I wanted. He educated me on options of different vehicles and was honest about what it didn't have. This was a two month journey for me that started before Christmas, Rod was the only sales person that called me back and worked continuously with me. His patience and attention to my specific details earned my trust. Rod Bell had an uphill battle winning me over, but he did it. Rod and the staff at Eastern Chrysler made it fun and easy for me.
